Team

Who we are

The Robotics Club aims to inspire members to embrace teamwork, creativity, inclusion, and gracious professionalism.

Members collaborate to build and program robots to complete missions, conduct research and develop innovative solutions to real-world problems for their innovation project, and learn to support and encourage one another through it all.

Our club competes in events organized by FIRST LEGO League, with local competitions beginning in the Fall. At these competitions, they compete in robot games and present their innovation project to a panel of judges.

The robot

Built and coded by the team

Every part of the robot, from the drive base to the mission attachments, is designed, built, and programmed by the students. Expect lots of rebuilds. That's the point.

We'll post photos of the build and video of practice runs here as the season goes on.

Innovation project

Solving a real problem

Each season has a theme. The team picks a real problem connected to it, talks with experts, designs a solution, and shares it with people who could use it. Then they present it all to the judges.

Details about this season's project are coming soon.
